To the Holders of the Eurobonds

The Central Securities Depository informs that on September 26, 2022, the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus No. 643/20 “On special transactions with government securities” was adopted (entered  into force on September 29, 2022).
The detailed procedure of actions for the Eurobonds holders with the possible options for fulfilling the obligations under the Eurobonds was published on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus. The procedure is available under the link.
