Andrey Aksyonov, Director of the RUE "RCSD"

Director of the RUE “RCSD” since August 5, 2019.

Andrey Aksyonov was born in 1973. He graduated from the Belarusian State University with a degree in Radiophysics and Electronics and Economic Cybernetics as a mathematical economist; the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in State Management of the National Economy.

Mr. Aksyonov began his career working at the Interbank Currency Exchange in 1995. From 1999 until 2016, he worked at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE), holding various management positions. His latest position at the BCSE was Head of Marketing Operations Department. He was responsible for the organization and development of financial market segments as well as the stock and over the counter securities market, the foreign exchange market.

From January 2017 until July 2019, Mr. Aksyonov worked at the Securities Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus. He was appointed Deputy Head of Securities Market Regulation Division in January 2019. He was responsible for information and analysis, program planning, the development of international cooperation and the securities market regulatory framework in the Securities Department.

Mr. Aksyonov attended a number of educational courses and served apprenticeships on organizing financial markets in different countries (Germany, Austria, Turkey, the Czech Republic and Poland). He was awarded with certificates of achievement and commendations of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange, the Securities Committee under the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.

Onega Nabeshko, Deputy Director of the RUE "RCSD"

Onega Nabeshko has been working in the RUE "RCSD" since 2008 and as the Deputy Director since March 6, 2012.

Onega Nabeshko received two higher economic educations. She graduated from Belarusian State Economic University specializing in Commercial activities in 1997 and from the Higher School of Management and Business of the Belarusian State Economic University with a degree in Finance and Credit in 2006.

Onega Nabeshko has extensive experience in the securities market of the Republic of Belarus. She has been working in the depository system since 1995. She was working in the depository of Savings Bank “Belarusbank” from 1995 to 2003 and from 1999 to 2003 she was working as the Deputy Head of the Bank Depository Department there.

Onega Nabeshko has been a certified specialist of the securities market since 1996. She has a qualification certificate of the first category.

Onega Nabeshko is responsible for the functioning of the Depository Operations Department and the Department of Information, Analysis and Development in the RUE “RCSD”. She participates in the development of guidance, regulatory and other documents regulating depository activities. She consults and informs the professional securities market participants and issuers on depository activities and their interaction on the securities market.

Onega Nabeshko is a good public speaker and has media publications. She has been awarded with the Certificate of Achievement of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and commendations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the RUE “RCSD”.

Svetlana Korolyova, Chief Accountant of the RUE "RCSD"

Svetlana Korolyova received two higher economic educations. She graduated from the Belarusian State Technical College of Constructions Materials Industry with a degree in Industrial Engineer of Chemical Inorganic Materials in Constructions Materials Industry in 1996 and from Institute of Management with a degree in Accounting, Auditing and Analysis, obtaining a qualification of an economist in 2015. Svetlana Korolyova received a diploma from Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus and a degree in State Management and Economics (qualification – economist-manager) in 2019.

She has been working in the Housing and Utility Infrastructure for a long time and also in the sphere of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus.

Svetlana Korolyova has more than 20-year experience, working as an accountant and as a chief accountant.

She has been working in the RUE “RCSD” since May 13, 2019 and has already launched a number of development applications in an accounting information system improving the work of the Accounting Department.
