The Central Securities Depository announces an important update to the "Directory of Securities Issues" section of its official website. To make the directory more transparent, informative, and reliable, the data display logic has been redesigned.
Key changes:
- The issuer profile now separates depository information by security type.
Previously, depository information for all securities issues was displayed in a single row, which could cause confusion if a company issued both shares and bonds, serviced by different depositories. These concepts are now clearly distinguished: Issuer Depository for Share Issues – shows where the company's equity securities are serviced. Issuer Depositories for Bond Issues – displays an accurate list of organizations currently handling debt instruments.
- A column has been added to the "Bonds" table.
Now, for each bond issue, a specific depository is indicated in a separate column. Information about this depository remains even after the issue has been redeemed. The updated directory has already been tested and is available for standard use. Receive only accurate and verified information!
