On the enactment of the local regulatory legal act of the RUE «Republican Central Securities Depository»

On April 9, 2018 Republican Unitary Enterprise “Republican Central Securities Depository” on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 28/09/2017 No.722 “On certain issues of emission, circulation and redemption of government bonds of the Republic of Belarus, placed in the domestic financial market”, has set out the Rules for the implementation of activities of authorized depositories. The present Rules were agreed with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and approved by the order of RUE “RCSD”.

The Rules for the implementation of activities of authorized depositories regulate the procedure for obtaining (depriving) of the status of an authorized depository that has the right to exercise the functions of accounting the rights for the government securities issued by the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Republic of Belarus.
