The Instruction on the information disclosure on the securities market was approved

On September 2, 2016 the Decree of Ministry of finance of the Republic of Belarus dated 13.06.2016 № 43 “On information disclosure on the securities market”, establishing the Instruction on the procedure for disclosure of information on the securities market, was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus.

This Instruction identifies the procedure for disclosure of information on the securities market, including securities market participants’ reports.

The Instruction comes into force one month after its official publication.
