On October 4, 2016 the Decree of Ministry of finance of the Republic of Belarus dated 13.06.2016 № 42, establishing the Instruction on the conditions and the procedure for access of the non-resident issuer’s securities for placement and trading at the territory of the Republic of Belarus and on the procedure of non-resident’s issuable securities qualification on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus.

The Decree comes into force after its official publication.
