RUE «RCSD» and OJSC «Central Depository of Armenia» signed an agreement on the establishment of correspondent relations and custody agreement

During the visit of representatives of RUE “RCSD” in Yerevan (Armenia) was held a meeting with representatives of the Central Depository of Armenia, during which they have discussed issues of establishing close business relationships, involving aspects of the exchange of information relating to the clearing, settlement and registration systems of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Belarus.

At the meeting between the Central Securities Depositories of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Armenia was signed an agreement on establishment of correspondent relations and custody agreement.

Opening the correspondent account in the RUE “RCSD” in the name of “CDA” will provide to Armenian investors the possibility of accounting of acquired securities of Belarusian issuers in the depository system of Armenia, and opening the securities account of “foreign nominee” the name of RUE “RCSD” by the Central Depository of Armenia's in will allow to Belarusian investors to carry out operations on the Armenian market.
