The representatives of RUE «RCSD» took part in a workshop for central depositories of the CIS countries

The representatives of RUE “RCSD” with their colleagues from Kazakhstan and Armenia took part in a workshop for central depositories of the CIS countries, which was held by Russia’s central securities depository - National Settlement Depository (NSD) on 26 and 27 November in Moscow.

During the workshop NSD’s depository and settlement services, including settlement of transactions held on the Moscow Exchange, clearing services (DVP and FOP), pre-matching and Hold & Release services, settlement in ICSDs using NSD’s accounts, etc. were presented and discussed.

The representatives of NSD described the Corporate Actions reform’s objectives and first result, presented the e-proxy voting service, NSD’s information services and tri-party services, repository and tax agent services.
