On January 5, 2015 the Law «On the Securities Market» was adopted
On January 10, 2015 the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 5, 2015 № 231-Z “On the Securities Market” was officially published.
The Law regulates relations concerning emission, circulation and redemption of securities and professional and exchange-trade activity on securities.
The Law comes into force in six months after the official publication.
