Results of Gomel fat-processing integrated works OJSC of public share sale

JCS Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange announced the results of the public share sale of Gomel fat-processing integrated works OJSC: http://www.bcse.by/pr/bcse/1750.aspx

Shareholders' general meeting of Gomel fat-processing integrated works OJSC, held 18.09.2014, declared the results of the primary public offering of the additional issue of 22,603 ordinary (common) shares with the face value of BYR 18,800 and the total value of BYR 424,936,400.

The additional issue of ordinary (common) shares was registered in the National Registry of securities of the Republic of Belarus on 29 September 2014.
