On July 10, 2012 RUE «The Republican Central Securities Depository» signed an agreement on the establishment of correspondent relations with the Public Joint-Stock Company «The National Depository of Ukraine».

On July 10, 2012 RUE "The Republican Central Securities Depository" signed an agreement on the establishment of correspondent relations with the Public Joint-Stock Company "The National Depository of Ukraine".

The National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) founded in 1998 in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On National Depository System and Peculiarities of Electronic Circulation of Securities in Ukraine" carries out the following activities:
 

• Custody and servicing of securities circulation;

• Servicing of  issuers’ operations with respect to securities issued by them;

• Clearing and settlement of securities;

• Maintenance of register of registered securities.

NDU carries out functions of the National Numbering Agency in Ukraine and allocates international ISIN and CFI codes to securities of Ukrainian issuers.
